I had been on the hunt for what seemed like forever and was thrilled to come across these ones from <a href="http://www.wayfair.com/Kichler-Wall-Mirror-78162-KI14199.html" rel="nofollow">Wayfair.</a> They perfectly matched the faucets and were narrow enough but still nice and tall. They were just what I had in my head. I love how they look and the girls were quite excited that they could actually see themselves while brushing their teeth! (We had temporarily put a mirror from our last house in here so at least our guests could do their makeup and stuff like that but because of the shape of it when they girls were brushing their teeth they actually couldn't see in the other mirror at all). The best part was they arrived when I was in the middle of my dining room building projects and it was so nice to be able to go upstairs and hang them. It took me five minutes to get them up and was a treat getting to have the instant gratification! I still need to add some simple artwork above the toilet to help break the wallpaper up a bit and add a light fixture above the vanity but other than that this room is basically finished - yay! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; Our Updated Dining Room with a New Farmhouse Table and Rolling Shelves

I'd like to get two more of the oval chairs to use where the bench is and just move the bench somewhere else and I'm still pondering wallpaper or at least painting the walls a charcoal color but haven't gone ahead with that. And as I mentioned in the Rolling Cart post a couple of days ago I'd like to eventually find a hutch for in here and move the rolling cart up to my office. Jason's Living Room (Before and "Almost" After)

This room had great bones - we loved the fireplace and french doors. We really just had to paint (Lillie and Lola of course loved the "pink" walls but Jason was not as big a fan) and then add well, pretty much everything. Ha! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Shortly after moving in my parent's helped Jason paint the walls Galveston Gray and then Jamie painted the trim white and we painted the doors black. And right when Jason moved in he bought Jamie and Josh's old IKEA couch off of them. After that the room stayed like that for almost a year. During the winter we added the rug and some gray chairs from Joss and Main and the lamps from Target seeing how there weren't any overhead lights. And then this summer we fianlly got around to adding some more finishing touches. We were really watching our budget in this room and were quite excited to be able to use store credit at Joss and Main to get this really cool industrial looking coffee table for just $7 - yay! We also found this mirror in the garage that the previous owner had left so we figured we would try it above the fireplace. Even though it wasn't necessarily what we would have chosen for the space you can't beat free!  We built the shelves and made the Notre Dame Sign (you can read more about those both <a href="http://dearlillieblog.blogspot.com/2014/08/two-big-projects-in-jasons-living-room.html">here</a>), and then added the little side chair from HomeGoods and little table from Target.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; We spend most of our time in this room and love the open feel of it. You might notice that the drum shade flush mount that was in the kitchen is gone. I moved that to our master bedroom and then used this little light that I plan on hanging in our back hall as a temporary fix. We are planning on having recessed lighting added to the kitchen and living room this summer but until the electrician comes we at least needed some kind of light there. <br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; As I mentioned before I liked the way the other rug looked in here much better! However, it was too small (although that was hard to tell in photos) which always drove me crazy. I really love how it looks up in our <a href="http://dearlillieblog.blogspot.com/2014/05/some-finishing-touches-to-our-gray.html">gray guest room</a> which I think will be it's permanent home and this one is down here just until I can find the right one.
